We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased get in touch with us as soon as it arrives. We maintain a 7 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 7 days of delivery and in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received – unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.
Please remember to include your name, address and telephone number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
